1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of orbexinio.com and to purchases of Orbexinio digital C# programming guides. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to any mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

2. Digital educational material

Orbexinio sells digital PDF guides for independent C# programming study. Product pages describe the current scope, modules, intended audience, price, and certificate information. The guides are educational material and do not represent a degree, professional licence, employment service, or promise of a specific personal, academic, technical, or financial outcome.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in EUR unless clearly stated otherwise. Orbexinio does not collect card details directly on this website. When a payment link is configured, the Buy button sends you through a short loading page to an external payment provider, whose own terms and privacy practices also apply to the transaction.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally as PDF material. Delivery may be handled through the configured payment flow or by customer support, depending on the payment link used for the item. No physical shipping is included. If you have paid and cannot obtain the purchased guide, contact support@orbexinio.com with the course name and transaction reference.

5. Personal-use licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide for personal learning. You may store reasonable personal copies for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or present the guide as your own publication.

6. Refunds and disputes

Eligible purchases may be refunded within 30 calendar days under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If there is a billing or delivery problem, please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review the issue.

7. Availability and updates

We may correct errors, update descriptions, revise guide content, or discontinue an item. Changes do not remove rights already granted for a completed purchase. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, introduce malicious code, scrape personal data, or engage in unlawful activity.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orbexinio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from how a customer chooses to apply educational examples. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
